OUR MISSIONKSH Custom Baits has custom painted baits for several years and for many tournament anglers across the country. We would now like to provide that same custom service nationwide. We are also the inventor of The Original Bait Weight. I kept this weight a secret and to myself and won lots of money in tournaments. Then slowly but surely through friends that fished with me, everybody around began wanting my weights and now here we are and my secret is out. I hope everyone that tries my weight has the same success as myself.
COMPANY PROFILEMy name is Sean Harrison. I am the owner of KSH Custom Baits and inventor of "The Original Bait Weight." I have been fishing since I was old enough to walk, according to my parents. I thank the good Lord and my parents for most of my success. I am just a small town country boy who has fished and won numerous tournaments in the Southeast. I began fishing with swimbaits when they came onto the market. When the hollow bodied swimbaits came out, I loved the action and strikes that I was getting. I tried several different hooks that were designed for these hollow bodied swimbaits. Out of all of the hooks I tried, I still got the same results - the bait would not swim upright and straight and would twist my line. The hook ratio was really bad. I could get several bites but would not hook but one or two out of ten bites. I fished alot of clear water and the weights that hang below the swimbaits would actually spook my fish. I started thinking about how I could hide the weight and put a treble hook on the bait. After alot of trial and error, I came up with the Original Bait Weight. It solves both problems with hook up ratio and making the bait run straight. The weight is completely concealed inside the hollow bodied swimbaits and you can put a treble hook or a straight hook for weedless applications.
